• We use your mobile phone location, or the address or location you search for, to show you the map, the trees near you, and to generate trails from your location.
• This is the only use we make of your location or your searched location. We do not store it, nor a history of your location nor searched locations.
• We collect and store no personally identifiable information apart from if you subscribe to our mailing list when we will hold your email address. You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time using the links in the bottom of any newsletter.

How we share your information.

• We will not share nor disclose any information outside TreeTalk.
• We will delete this data if we decommission the service and website.
• TreeTalk will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others.
• We may store information in locations outside the direct control of TreeTalk (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).
